This drink was born out of a collaboration with coffee expert, Nico Pastelopoulos. The espresso martini highlights delicate coffee aromas using a pour-over method where water, vodka, cognac, salt, and sugar are dripped over coarse-ground coffee. This produces a smooth, dry espresso martini.
